Founded in 2016, Virginia Community Yoga’s (VCY) mission is to serve the community by offering classes, workshops and wellness services centered around the practice and teachings of Yoga.
Our vision is to provide a safe, supportive environment where individuals and families can come to create a diverse, compassionate and sustainably-growing community in an atmosphere that inspires personal growth and mindfulness of living.
Our focus is to make yoga accessible to all regardless of age, income, race or religion. We strive to bring the teachings of Yoga and the lifestyle guidance of health and wellness to our community.

Our Teachers

All of our teachers volunteer their time to improve their community through unity in yoga. Our teachers have over 30 years and 5,000 hours combined experience in a wide variety of yogic traditions, practices, and specialties.
